1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SubsFC ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SubsFC is a platform that connects soccer players with available games. The Service enables game organizers to publish games and find substitute players, and enables players to discover and join games in their area.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• One person may maintain only one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity, skills, or availability

5. Game Participation

• Joining a game is a commitment. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in account restrictions.
• Game organizers set the rules for their games. SubsFC is not responsible for the conduct of individual games or players.
• You participate in games at your own risk. SubsFC does not provide insurance or assume liability for injuries sustained during games.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, TeamCowboy, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. SubsFC is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

8. Intellectual Property

The SubsFC name, logo, and all associated content are the property of SubsFC. You may not use our branding without written permission. Content you submit (profile info, etc.) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it within the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

SubsFC is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubsFC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
